Public offer
This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) by Individual Entrepreneur Margarita Grigoryevna Bezrukova (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude an agreement for the provision of services and/or the sale of goods in accordance with Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods within the agreed timeframe.
4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to them.
5. RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
5.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods retain their original condition and consumer properties.
5.3. The Seller bears warranty obligations within the time limits established by law.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of improper use of the goods.
6.2. In the event of disputes, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations, and if impossible, in court at the Seller’s place of registration.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties without the Buyer's consent, except as required by law.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. This offer is valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified on the Website.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the offer, which shall enter into force upon publication on the Website.
8.3. The Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms of this offer.
